Sacraments

The sacraments are outward signs of inward grace, instituted by Christ and entrusted to the Church.

Corpus Christi Parish offers preparation and celebration of the seven sacraments through St. Joseph, St. Mary, and Sagrado Corazón de Jesús. Please select a sacrament below to learn more about requirements, preparation, and scheduling.

Sacraments of Initiation

1. Baptism

Entry into the Christian life through water and the Spirit.

2. First Holy Communion

Receiving the Body and Blood of Christ for the first time.

6. Matrimony

A covenant of love uniting a man and a woman in Christ.

7. Holy Orders & Vocations

Discernment for those called to serve the Church as clergy or religious.

3. Confirmation

Strengthened by the Holy Spirit to live and witness the faith.

Sacraments of Healing

4. Reconciliation (Confession)

God’s mercy and forgiveness through repentance and absolution.

5. Anointing of the Sick

Healing, strength, and peace for those who are ill or suffering.

Faith Formation

RCIA / OCIA for Adults

Formation for adults seeking Baptism, Confirmation, or full initiation into the Catholic Church.

Religious Education

Faith formation for children in grades K–6 to grow in knowledge of God and Scripture.
